Why the order matters
There are three nervous system states. Strategic and present. Mobilised and expensive. Flat and going through the motions. Most high performers live in the second and call it their baseline.
State two runs on borrowed capacity, and it isn't free. Stay in it and nothing compounds in your favour - the tools don't take, the restarts don't hold, and next year reads like this one.

The library reads you back
The library is five books deep. Left to work it out yourself, that's weeks of reading before you know where to begin. The Sentinel Accelerator removes that step.
It runs a full intake and reads your diagnostic results. It identifies your constraint - the one thing holding the state in place - and maps it against the whole library. Then it builds a plan that's yours: not "read these four books", but the specific chapters, in the specific order, that address where you actually are.
It pulls those chapters out for you to work on. You don't read five books to find the ten pages that matter this week - it hands you the ten pages. The sequence is still the method. The Accelerator short-cuts the route through it.
As you complete the work and your state changes, it re-reads you and re-sequences the plan. The constraint moves; so does the plan.
